Killing Floor 2 is a video game shooter in first person developed by Tripwire Interactive. It follows the 2009 Killing Floor video play. A version of access to the start of the game was released for Microsoft Windows via Steam digital distribution service on April 21, 2015. The full version is planned for 2016 on Windows, Linux and PlayStation 4. The game uses a version strongly modified Unreal Engine 3 from Epic Games.
Killing Floor 2 is a shooter video game in first person, which can be played alone or together with up to six players. The game is based on the Killing Floor of events in which a deadly outbreak of Horzine bio-tech firm created Zeds (The zombie-like creatures) that are rapidly spreading throughout Europe, paralyzing the EU response . In Killing Floor 2, which will take place one month after the first game, the epidemic has spread beyond Europe, causing the collapse of governments and communication systems to fail.

Enemies still look as brutal; a pack of snarling dogs was the stand-out. There also seems a stronger element of unnerving horror creeping through, with crowds of what seem to be mindless people loitering around.
